| Buon Don District is located in Dak Lak Province, in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. It is situated approximately 50 kilometers northwest of Buon Ma Thuot, the provincial capital of Dak Lak. Buon Don is known for its rich cultural heritage and natural beauty. As of 2003, the district had a population of 56,238. The district covers an area of 1,414 km². | Buon Ma Thuot is the capital city of Dak Lak province, located in the Central Highlands region of Vietnam. It is situated in the central part of Dak Lak province, bordered by Krong Buk district to the north, Krong Pac district to the south, and Ea H'leo district to the east. Its population was 420,000 in 2016, and grew to 502,170 by 2018. | |
